The following works were presented at a fashion show on February 7, 2009. It was organized by Brandi Shigley's organization, Fashion Denver and in conjunction with Opera Colorado. Fashion designer, Zandra Rhodes was in attendance.

A chemise and petticoat I made for the Opera Colorado production of Carmen.
These were Carmen's undergarments, so they were never seen on stage but helped with the authentic look of her gown. 30 yards of ruffles on that petticoat bottom!
Kilts, Glorious Kilts!
These are two different kilts I made. Notice the leather straps, custom made for each of these kilts with soft reused leather. You can custom order a kilt, made to your specifications. Choose from these many features: Custom sizing, velcro/snap/or hook and eye closures, traditional pleating, bi-directional pleating (as seen on the UtiliKilt), 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", 1" or 2" pleating, 2, 3, or 5 belt loops along waistband, custom straps in any color, apron opening on left or right side, internal hidden pockets and a traditional hand sewn kilt or less expensive machine sewn kilt. You can bring me your family tartan for your kilt or I can order your clan tartan cloth. You can also have your kilt made from any fabric you like. The black kilt from the fashion show photos above is made from a high quality 100% rayon which has a wonderful drape and luxurious softness. Kilts range in price from $400 - $1500

Custom made window valance.
I made this window treatment without a pattern. The client had a photo from an Architectural Digest magazine.
I copied the design by draping fabrics over the window until I acquired the right shape and dimensions.

Adjustable yoga/stretching strap
I designed this after my knee surgery. This strap has a looped handle that is reinforced with heavy
stitching to help get the pull required by...the torturer, your physical therapist.

Fall Colors Cloak
This cloak was designed and constructed by my Witches Sewing Circle group as a charity donation. I constructed the majority of the robe itself and all the beautiful embellishments were created by Argilcath, DeeEm, Lorre and Suzy. The appliqúe motifs were
made of various types of materials and include beading, hand embroidery and hand felted wool.
