 See those logo's on the left?  They are quickly becoming the recognized logos on food products around the world that contain no animal products.

Vegans eat no food containing animal products - no meat, fish, foul, dairy, eggs or honey..and a variety of commonly used ingredients derived from animals such as whey, gelatin, lactose, rennet and many more.  In addition, ethical vegans do not use or wear products containing animal products, including leather, silk, wool, feathers (down) and beeswax...to name a few.

Why vegan?   A friend of mine once said 'good for the animals, good for the planet, good for me.' Veganism promotes a peace from within that we may use to create a gentler and more peaceful world. And the health benefits are astounding!  Plain and simple.
